About This Role
- Consult with internal clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions and software designs.
- Support the design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software code and DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and release management.
- Assist in documentation, troubleshooting program errors, and supporting production environments according to SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant experience in Software Development and Support, including deploying software solutions in outsourced or multi-team, multi-geography IT environments.
- Working knowledge of Agile processes such as SCRUM and KANBAN.
- Workplace type: Hybrid working environment.

- Experience working across multiple teams and geographic locations, supporting development and deployment operations.
