About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++, Qt, and QML software on embedded Linux platforms for maternal and fetal care products.
- Lead complex feature implementation, defect resolution, and contribute to software architecture in a regulated medical device environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure product requirements are met and software quality, regulatory, and security standards are adhered to.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years professional software development experience in a production environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with C++, Qt, QML, and object-oriented design on embedded Linux platforms.
- Experience working in Agile teams with knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and defect management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in medical device or regulated software/product development environments.
- Proficient in debugging complex codebases and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in applying software quality practices such as unit testing, integration testing, test automation, and use of development tools like Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
