About This Role
- Own Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and documentation for Ethos Design System (EDS) components throughout their lifecycle.
- Lead product security governance including Secure Development Lifecycle adherence, security reviews, risk management, and release validation.
- Serve as primary liaison coordinating quality, security, and regulatory compliance activities to maintain audit readiness and drive process automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience with Quality Management Systems and regulated product development.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Secure Development Lifecycle practices, including security reviews and vulnerability management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years

- Experienced in leading compliance and security governance in regulated software environments with end-to-end responsibility over QMS documentation and audit readiness.
- Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Security, and Regulatory bodies for alignment on compliance risks and mitigations.
- Strategic thinker able to implement scalable processes and automation to support hyper-growth and maintain strict quality and security standards.
