Lead end-to-end Change and Release Management, including governance over ITIL-aligned change processes and DevOps release engineering.
Manage and mentor Change & Release Management team, oversee CI/CD pipelines and production releases with focus on minimizing disruptions and ensuring compliance.
Own and improve Change Management process in ServiceNow, coordinate change approvals, release calendars, CAB forums, and operational KPIs reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related technical field.
Minimum 10+ years experience in Change Management, Release Management, DevOps or IT Service Management roles, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL Change Management and ServiceNow Change Management platform.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and scripting languages (Python, Shell, Bash, PowerShell).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional Change & Release teams with focus on ITIL governance and DevOps practices.
Experienced in coordinating daily/frequent production releases across multiple applications and environments.
Comfortable working in hybrid cloud environments with strong automation, compliance, and operational risk management focus.
