Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and scripting languages (Python, Shell, Bash, PowerShell).
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional Change & Release teams with focus on ITIL governance and DevOps practices.
Experienced in coordinating daily/frequent production releases across multiple applications and environments.
Comfortable working in hybrid cloud environments with strong automation, compliance, and operational risk management focus.
