About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications and systems with minimal supervision, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Lead AI application in internal software deployment platforms to automate deployment processes and ensure smooth, reliable releases.
- Champion AI solution adoption by creating training, demonstrations, workshops, and playbooks for software engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Deep experience with low code/no code AI solutions.
- Experience in product management, digital product ownership, innovation consulting or business transformation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with delivery, automation, ML or generative AI products indicating strong domain expertise in AI-driven software solutions.
- Skilled in business discovery and process improvement, showing ability to identify and develop reusable AI patterns and use cases.
- Proven track record in leading adoption, training, or communities of practice, demonstrating capability to drive AI solution uptake across teams.
