About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM transformation programs.
- Manage project governance, delivery frameworks, and cross-functional coordination across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules and integration touchpoints.
- Oversee technical delivery aspects including integrations, data migration, reporting, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of IT project/program management experience in enterprise HRIS or ERP environments.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing HR transformation or HRIS implementation programs.
- Proven delivery of at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or major HR technology transformation.
- Experience managing integration-heavy environments involving Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, global Oracle Fusion HCM transformation projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Strong background in both technical delivery oversight and program risk management within HRIS/ERP contexts.
- Familiarity with Agile/hybrid project methodologies and capable of influencing global matrixed teams.
