About This Role
- Drive operational management and successful delivery of multiple healthcare technology engagements including revenue cycle and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day project operations such as resource planning, staffing, project monitoring, financial tracking, and governance adherence.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among engagement leaders, consultants, client stakeholders, and support onboarding and enablement activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, technology operations, healthcare consulting, or implementation services.
- Experience supporting or managing healthcare technology projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

- Experienced in healthcare consulting or healthcare IT with a focus on technology implementations and digital transformation projects.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment with strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable coordinating technical, operational, and training activities in healthcare technology solutions including revenue cycle, EMR/EHR, cloud migration, and interoperability.
