About This Role
- Define and evolve product vision and strategy for Survey CoE’s product portfolio, focusing on AI, automation, and new technology integration.
- Own product roadmap and prioritization, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment; lead product discovery and translate strategy into execution with Product Owners.
- Drive adoption and performance through defining metrics, addressing adoption barriers, and continuous improvement; lead and coach product team members and communicate with senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience with significant time in product management or digital product delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple or complex multi-module software/digital products through full lifecycle from launch through iteration.
- Strong Agile/Scrum product development experience; familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced environments such as consulting, enterprise tech, SaaS, or analytics and research-related products (survey products a plus).
- Technical fluency across web apps, APIs, cloud, SDLC, with understanding of AI/LLM product patterns and AI-powered tools integration.
- Demonstrated strategic and executional leadership, comfortable with ambiguity and coaching Product Owners/APMs; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
