About This Role
- Create and own advanced user-centric designs for complex enterprise software, driving usability and user satisfaction through prototyping, user research, and iterative refinement.
- Lead usability testing and incorporate feedback continuously to improve design quality and ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Maintain and contribute to the Quartz Design System and produce developer-ready, detailed design documentation enabling independent development implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/product design experience, primarily in enterprise B2B software.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma including components, variants, prototyping, Dev Mode; ability to produce developer-ready specs rapidly.
- Experience designing for complex, role-based or permission-heavy enterprise systems (e.g., building management, access control, industrial platforms).
- Fluent English; strong ability to collaborate with front-end engineers and use generative AI tools for design acceleration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success as solo or lead designer embedded in agile cross-functional product teams shipping real products, not just concepts.
- Expertise working with enterprise design systems and strong understanding of front-end React component architecture to reduce engineering complexity.
- Experience facilitating requirements translation into wireframes and leading usability testing to validate and de-risk design decisions early.
