About This Role
- Drive end-to-end program management for Tally's Strategic Alliances and Developer Ecosystem, including qualifying opportunities and coordinating joint governance with partners.
- Own function-level planning, tracking, and reporting of projects, initiatives, deliverables, and priorities across Developer Ecosystem and Alliance programs.
- Act as primary liaison between leadership, internal teams, alliance partners, and developers to communicate progress, risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in program or project management involving alliance partners and/or developer ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing governance with alliance partners or external developers on joint programs.
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, documentation, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships in technology partnerships and developer ecosystems.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments by bringing structure and defining clear success metrics.
- Strong communicator with experience in coordinating across product, engineering, marketing, and support teams to drive program governance and execution.
