About This Role
- Lead planning and delivery of Enterprise Integrated Services initiatives within the EIS Agile Release Train (ART).
- Serve as Scrum Master and Agile coach for multiple teams, facilitating program ceremonies, managing Jira tools, and ensuring development outputs meet requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track project health, status reporting, and support financial monitoring and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years IT experience or equivalent leadership/program experience; or 8 years IT experience without degree.
- Minimum 2 years of Scaled Agile experience in financial services.
- Experience in information systems development, project management, and working knowledge of QE and engineering.
- Work hours: 3 PM to 12 AM IST, with mandatory availability 6 AM to 11:30 AM ET (US Eastern Time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage and deliver programs involving multiple Scrum/Kanban teams simultaneously in large financial services organizations.
- Strong skills in Agile coaching, facilitation, and cross-team collaboration including offshore resource coordination.
- Familiarity with SAFe frameworks, Jira Align, and financial project environments with good business acumen and decision-making capabilities.
