About This Role
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities including solution architecture, RFP/RFQ/Government tender responses, PoCs, and customer presentations.
- Develop technical proposals, solution approaches, compliance matrices, and implementation methodologies for large government and enterprise bids.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure quality submissions, bid strategy, and reuse of proposal assets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–15 years experience in pre-sales, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Consulting, Technical Proposal Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Hands-on skills in solution architecture, technical proposal creation, and customer-facing deliverables for large government and enterprise RFPs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Computer Science, IT, or MCA mandatory; MBA/business exposure preferred but not mandatory.
- Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid work setting).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with large government or enterprise-sector RFP responses, preferably in Government ERP/IFMIS, Tax Administration, IAM/Digital Identity, or Digital Government Platforms.
- Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a startup mindset and strong execution focus.
- Balanced technical depth across enterprise application architecture, cloud, security, AI, and open source combined with commercial understanding.
