About This Role
- Own development and deployment of Oracle Sales Cloud system configuration including design, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
- Provide in-depth application support, manage system enhancement requests, and coordinate Oracle Sales Cloud integration with other business-critical systems.
- Conduct regression and integration testing, root cause analysis of critical issues, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project management on delivery and risk identification.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud integrations with other sales platforms.
- Technical exposure to Oracle Sales Cloud platform, Oracle Cloud CX (Sales and Service), Oracle ERP systems, and preferably Oracle Visual Builder, PL/SQL/MS SQL, Java, and JavaScript.
- Strong English language skills and analytical/problem-solving capabilities.
