About This Role
- Lead Agile Scrum teams for Salesforce projects focusing on Agentforce and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery including design, development, deployment, and support with a focus on scalable, secure, AI-powered applications.
- Manage sprint planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and Agile best practice adoption to ensure timely business value delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments.
- 3+ years experience leading Agile/Scrum teams as Scrum Master, Technical Lead, or Delivery Lead.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce AI implementation, Einstein AI, Data Cloud and advanced Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in Agile environments with strong delivery focus and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams requiring EST time zone availability for coordination and leadership.
