About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution for Salesforce delivery teams focused on AI-driven enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, declarative tools, and Agentforce AI technologies.
- Manage Salesforce DevOps including CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments.
- 3 years of experience leading Agile/Scrum teams as Scrum Master, Technical Lead, or Delivery Lead.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), and Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certifications required.
- Location: India (Offshore) with availability during EST business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce AI, Data Cloud, and modern Salesforce platform capabilities with deep technical and architectural expertise.
- Proven ability to lead Agile Scrum teams, manage sprint planning and execution, and remove delivery impediments in globally distributed settings.
- Skilled in Salesforce DevOps (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Git), integration architectures, AI/ML technologies, and implementation of Responsible AI governance frameworks.
