Associate Director, Development Analytical Reporting

Lead and execute the multi-year strategy and roadmap for clinical analytical reporting, dashboards, data products, and data-review technology across Global Development.

Manage and develop multiple teams or workstreams, setting priorities and governance for clinical data solutions and ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Influence enterprise clinical data, technology, and investment decisions; lead cross-functional transformation programs and oversee external partnerships and vendor strategies.

Doctorate with 10+ years, or Master’s with 13+ years, or Bachelor’s with 15+ years of relevant experience.

Minimum 4 years managerial or leadership experience managing people or substantial technical/functional organizations.

Demonstrated leadership in clinical reporting, data visualization, analytics, data management, programming, data science, or digital transformation in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or similar regulated environments.

Experience required in leading clinical reporting or data analytics capabilities; experience with regulatory compliance and quality frameworks.

Experienced leader skilled in defining and implementing enterprise operating models, strategic roadmaps, and governance for clinical data and analytics.

Deep domain expertise in clinical development lifecycle, clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC), data architecture, semantic models, and governance in regulated settings.

Technically fluent with modern analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Python, R, SAS, cloud platforms, BI tools) and proficient in leading AI-governance in regulated environments.
