About This Role
- Own the Finance Business Analysis consulting for Product Finance activities, primarily supporting Product Control and Finance Business Users.
- Manage full change request lifecycle: assess impact, document BRDs/user stories, coordinate approvals, and lead user acceptance testing and documentation.
- Oversee SAP-related solutions and maintain relevant documentation and tools, liaising with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years banking experience with finance and/or product control experience preferred.
- Qualifications: MBA / CA / CFA / ACCA; qualified accountant (CA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in full change program lifecycle including business analysis and project/change management methodologies.
- Detailed understanding of banking IT systems, trade processing workflows, and strong accounting knowledge of DR/CR entries across trade products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders including Finance, Technology, Risk, and regulatory functions in complex banking environments.
- Capable of managing multiple work streams independently while maintaining solution design and stakeholder buy-in.
- Strong expertise in interpreting regulatory and accounting standards (Local and IFRS GAAP) to implement systems and reporting solutions.
