About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, build, and support of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) with internal and external systems.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and data integrity standards for Workday integrations.
- Monitor and resolve integration incidents within SLA, support releases, regression testing, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday integration experience including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, CCW, PICOF/PECI, BIRT.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and data security.
- Proficiency with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and related web services.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in Workday integrations.

- Experienced in managing integrations in global or multi-time-zone environments with hybrid work model readiness.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and able to collaborate across global teams.
