About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and improve Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and procedures across functions.
- Coordinate business continuity activities with stakeholders ensuring alignment with resilience objectives and compliance requirements.
- Support and monitor business continuity exercises, recovery activities, and incident response to minimize disruption impact and meet recovery objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, or related operational resilience functions.
- Experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and emergency response processes.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional coordination across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams within a business continuity or disaster recovery context.
- Analytical and detail-oriented professional capable of conducting BIA and managing recovery testing and documentation.
- Familiar with industry standards and frameworks related to business continuity such as ISO 22301 and operational resilience practices.
