About This Role
- Support operational excellence and business transformation by developing process documentation and capturing operational knowledge.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to support Agile delivery activities including backlog management, sprint coordination, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Provide reporting, metrics development, and facilitate meetings to track progress, risks, and process improvements within a single business group.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent via training, education, or military experience).
- Experience supporting Agile practices such as Jira administration, backlog maintenance, and sprint planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Confluence.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in relevant fields as stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Skilled in business process documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, process maps, and knowledge management.
- Experienced in business analysis, requirements gathering, and creating user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Able to work independently to identify process improvements and collaborate with executives and stakeholders within a fast-paced environment.
