About This Role
- Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and PowerApps solutions for clients.
- Lead technical aspects including data models, workflows, integrations, and system performance monitoring.
- Provide training, user support, and maintain technical documentation for CRM & PowerApps systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and PowerApps.
- Proficient in C# and JavaScript for customizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with data migration, REST APIs, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering scalable CRM and PowerApps solutions with strong technical leadership.
- Comfortable working directly with clients to translate business needs into technical implementations.
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies preferred.
