About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirements gathering, process analysis, functional documentation, and solution validation for Solid Waste Management and municipal operations projects.
- Manage stakeholder interactions including municipal authorities and ULBs to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
- Support UAT, implementation, deployment, and user training for municipal digital solutions involving User Charges, Weighbridge, Fleet, Workshop, and Field Workforce applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related functional/product consulting roles.
- Strong domain expertise specifically in Solid Waste Management, Municipal Operations, and Urban Local Body processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex municipal business processes into actionable requirements and functional specifications in SWM and ULB operations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments collaborating closely with product, development, QA, implementation, and project management teams.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical municipal stakeholders.
