About This Role
- Support product development by translating client needs into features with French and English language expertise.
- Create and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Agile/SAFe teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for incident management, application support, and issue resolution using ServiceNow and Jira.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in French and English communication (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, ServiceNow, Jira, and client-facing roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in requirement elicitation and writing high-quality user and enabler stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Familiar with Retail ERP, eCommerce, and Supply Chain domain preferred.
- Comfortable working in scaled Agile teams and coordinating among multiple stakeholders for resolution.
