About This Role
- Own end-to-end HR Shared Services quality audits, identifying process gaps and driving corrective actions to ensure compliance and service standards.
- Lead investigation and resolution of escalations from employees, managers, and HR stakeholders, ensuring timely and policy-aligned responses.
- Maintain and update HR process Standard Operating Procedures and generate quality and escalation reports for leadership metrics visibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar environment, preferably supporting European Union operations.
- Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Quality Auditor within HR Shared Services focused on compliance and accuracy.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as SAP and/or Oracle Fusion.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in compliance-driven HR Shared Services environments, with demonstrated ability to manage audit quality and process improvements.
- Proficient in reporting and documentation with experience collaborating across teams and stakeholders including COEs and HR Business Partners.
- Comfortable working in multiple shifts and handling complex workloads with organizational discipline and strong communication skills.
