About This Role
- Own end-to-end operational execution and alliance management across North Africa and Taiwan markets covering commercial, regulatory, supply chain, and portfolio activities.
- Manage business partner relationships and ensure alignment and timely execution of commitments to support business growth and strategic objectives.
- Drive cross-functional coordination for product launches, technology transfer, localisation projects, and tender submissions ensuring governance and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations, alliance management, project management, commercial operations, or supply chain.
- Experience working with international markets, distributors, licensing partners, or strategic alliances in pharma sector.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant pharmaceutical/operational roles. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage multi-market alliance partnerships and commercial operations in international pharmaceutical contexts.
- Experienced in cross-functional project management involving Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams.
- Demonstrated skills in coordinating complex operational launches, technology transfer, and localisation projects with structured governance and reporting.
