About This Role
- Drive successful delivery and governance of strategic platform initiatives within Consumer Banking Group, ensuring alignment with bank's strategic goals.
- Oversee portfolio including timelines, risks, financial planning, cost management, and reporting to executive leadership.
- Support strategic and annual planning, prioritize initiatives, and facilitate governance forums with cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years experience in financial services or banking with focus on retail banking and platform or large-scale technology projects.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA preferred.
- Location: Mumbai Regional Office; Work Experience Required: 9+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program manager skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects in consumer banking digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of consumer banking products, digital transformation including API integrations, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability in portfolio governance, financial management, and stakeholder influence at leadership level in fast-paced environments.
