About This Role
- Lead and develop a geographically dispersed recruiting team to build diverse candidate pools and meet hiring goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with future needs.
- Set performance metrics and implement productivity improvements to scale recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
- Experience building, coaching, and managing large dispersed recruiting or sourcing teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience using recruiting tools and systems like resume databases and internet sourcing tools.

- Experienced in managing recruiting teams with proven ability to set and achieve talent acquisition goals.
- Strong business partnering skills to influence and deliver quality assessments and candidate experience.
- Capable of executing workforce planning and scaling workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
