Minimum Requirements
5-7+ years hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365.
2-3+ years direct experience executing SharePoint Online tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Proficiency with SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate, including permission mapping and error remediation.
Work Experience Required: 5-7+ years in SharePoint Online administration and migration specifically.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in SharePoint Online security and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) group and identity management.
Experience troubleshooting complex SharePoint Online post-migration issues including user access and legacy URL remediation.
Track record of creating detailed technical documentation and collaborating with directory services teams during migrations.
