About This Role
- Extract, clean, and analyze patient data from Salesforce, EMR systems, and other sources to support organization-wide decision-making.
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for clinical, administrative, and operational teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas; Power Query preferred.
- Must have reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, second monitor, stable and backup internet connections for remote work; work hours aligned to US Eastern Standard Time (9am to 6pm).
