Develop and maintain custom WordPress backend plugins and functionality tailored to business requirements.
Create and manage integrations between WordPress and third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and other automation tools.
Troubleshoot complex backend issues including PHP errors, API integrations, security, database queries, and optimize performance and code maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in WordPress backend development.
Strong expertise in PHP, WordPress core, custom plugin development, MySQL, REST APIs, and automation tools such as Zapier.
Experience integrating third-party APIs including CRMs, payment gateways, email marketing and lead management systems.
Location: Surat (onsite). Educational degree: Preferred Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related, but not mandatory.

Experienced in handling complex WordPress backend projects independently, converting business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build scalable, reusable custom plugins and integrations beyond existing plugins.
Familiar with deployment processes, version control (Git), and optimizing backend security and performance.
