About This Role
- Take full technical ownership of an existing multi-sided digital platform application, focusing on backend infrastructure to ensure stability and readiness for launch.
- Troubleshoot, improve, and optimize backend functionality related to authentication, databases, user profiles, order flows, and real-time syncing across multiple user interfaces (customer, driver, retailer, admin).
- Collaborate closely with the founder to maintain data flows, integrations, and real-time processes while managing and documenting the existing codebase on GitHub.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend focus.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Lovable or AI-assisted application development platforms.
- Strong experience with Supabase or similar backend, database, and authentication platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in full-stack development.

- Experienced in managing and improving existing complex applications rather than solely building new products from scratch.
- Comfortable working independently in early-stage, founder-led environments with high ambiguity and ownership.
- Skilled at making practical architectural decisions on whether to optimize, rebuild, or simplify application components based on scalability and maintainability.
