About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions for enterprise retirement applications using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber.
- Drive test automation strategy and execution throughout the software development lifecycle to improve software quality, release confidence, and delivery speed.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and perform API and database validation to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in test automation engineering or related role.
- Strong programming skills in Java and hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
- Experience with CI/CD integration using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience testing and automating web-based enterprise applications, preferably in the U.S. Retirement domain (defined contribution, defined benefit, pension, or 401(k) solutions).
- Proficient in building reusable automation frameworks using Page Object Model and modern test automation design techniques.
- Familiarity with source control platforms (Git, Azure Repos, TFS) and knowledge of Agile delivery or DevOps practices.
