Foundational understanding of ETL, data modeling, AI/ML algorithms, experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience or exposure to Aera or similar Decision Intelligence platforms including development of decision flows and process automation.
Project or academic experience with advanced AI topics such as RAG, vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and collaborating in an environment that bridges business problems and technical AI/ML implementations.
