About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and management of Privileged Access Management services focusing on privileged accounts, session management, zero standing privileges, and just-in-time access.
- Manage Non-Human Identity Management (NHIM) including discovery, ownership attestation, and risk reduction in large complex enterprises.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Audit, Compliance, and Risk organizations to ensure IAM services meet regulatory audits (SOX, COBIT), risk management, and security standards implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years combined IT and security experience with broad IAM exposure, including 5+ years designing and deploying enterprise IAM solutions.
- Experience managing Non-Human Identities (NHI) in a large complex enterprise and hands-on with IAM/PAM products like BeyondTrust Password Safe, EPM, Privileged Remote Access, SSH Key Management, MFA, SIEM, Azure Entra, Active Directory, Linux, PowerShell scripting.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent business experience in security management and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, PCI).

- Strong expertise in Non-Human Identity Management with a focus on security controls, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in security frameworks and auditing standards with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in matrix organizations.
