Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to work Monday through Friday 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST with rotational morning shifts.
Proven ability to design and build new systems independently from the ground up.
Experience taking open-ended projects, defining implementation plans, and driving them to completion without direct oversight.
Comfortable guiding and mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, QA, Security).
