About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and automated test suites for cloud-native observability applications focusing on functionality, reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to enhance test coverage and release quality.
- Drive system-level validation of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and Kubernetes-based deployments, ensuring operational readiness in complex environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in System Testing, QA Automation, and Quality Engineering for cloud-native or distributed software products.
- Engineering degree required.
- Strong hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks, API testing, regression testing, and CI/CD-integrated automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, containers, Helm, and deployment validation for large-scale distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in validating microservices-based applications and complex multi-component distributed systems within cloud-native environments.
- Proficient in observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry, PromQL, VictoriaMetrics, and telemetry/data pipeline testing.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, defect investigation, and implement quality engineering best practices like Escaped Defect Analysis in agile teams.
