About This Role
- Design, develop, and enhance test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions for cloud-native observability platforms.
- Own end-to-end quality validation activities including test strategy, automation, execution, reporting, and release readiness.
- Drive automation-first testing practices across CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and improve release confidence.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
- Engineering degree required.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar for test automation development.
- Hands-on experience testing cloud-native applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift and using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex distributed, microservices-based systems and data-intensive workflows involving Kafka and ETL pipelines.
- Demonstrates expertise in defect management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with observability domain and modern automation in Agile/Scrum environments, with exposure to AI-assisted testing as a plus.
