About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications supporting international payments and foreign exchange workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver secure, high-quality software.
- Own complex technical challenges end-to-end balancing maintainability, performance, security, and business value.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET development, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL Server with T-SQL.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in software development relevant to financial technology or banking domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in payments, foreign exchange (FX), fintech, banking, or regulated financial services industries.
- Proficient with modern software engineering practices including unit testing, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration.
- Comfortable leading technical decisions and mentoring developers within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
