Analytics Operations Engineer / Production Operations Engineer

Own the day-to-day performance, stability, and continuous improvement of analytics and production platforms including Performance Management, Configuration Management, Revenue Assurance, and Business Analytics.

Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system operational issues, coordinating root-cause analysis with engineering teams.

Implement operational improvements such as process redesign and automation; administer Docker-based environments and manage backup, release testing, and upgrade deployments.

BTech/BS degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related technical field.

4-7 years of experience in operational support for complex, production-grade systems.

Technical skills required: Linux system administration, Docker, SQL querying (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server), Networking, Oracle, Windows Services.

Location requirement: Gurgaon or Kolkata (Hybrid work mode).

Experienced in managing complex application deployments with strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.

Capable of aligning operational priorities with broader business and technical goals, demonstrating a strategic approach to stability and performance.

Exposure to telecom industry or networking and storage management is a plus, indicating readiness for environment complexity and domain specifics.
