About This Role
- Manage large-scale mass roll-outs of Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) systems ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.
- Lead project planning, documentation, and compliance with project controlling and reporting procedures for ATS projects.
- Provide technical leadership to Application teams including resource planning, coordination with international partners, and overseeing support, engineering, testing, and validation functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or systems engineering, preferably with railway specialization.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in railway transportation systems with focus on ATS domain engineering.
- Knowledge of project management principles for project realization and execution.
- Fluent English (written and oral); knowledge of German is an asset.

- Experienced in managing complex, international projects within the railway ATS domain, able to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capable of identifying business opportunities and scope extensions during project execution.
