About This Role
- Validate and test Cisco SD-WAN and routing features across multiple test scenarios including functional, integration, and scalability.
- Design test plans and develop Python-based automation scripts using PyATS, vTest, or PyTest for network feature testing.
- Operate and troubleshoot Linux-based test environments and networking devices; analyze logs and defects and improve test coverage and automation quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of software industry experience in testing, development, or related engineering roles.
- Mandatory skills: Strong Python programming, Linux operation and troubleshooting, SD-WAN feature testing experience.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks: PyATS, vTest, or PyTest.
- Location: Hybrid work mode based in Bangalore. Work Experience Required: 3+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in network testing with knowledge of routing protocols and networking fundamentals relevant to SD-WAN and Cisco products.
- Hands-on with Python automation scripting and Linux system management in a networked environment.
- Capable of independently designing tests, troubleshooting complex system issues, and using AI-assisted tools to enhance testing and debugging efficiency.
