About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure AI-powered healthcare platform applications across backend services, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and GenAI systems.
- Directly engage with U.S.-based healthcare customers to capture technical and business requirements, support implementations, and lead technical discussions during PST/PDT hours.
- Own complex features end-to-end from design through production, ensuring compliance with healthcare security/privacy standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2).
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years professional software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Python, full-stack development with TypeScript, JavaScript, React/Fluent UI, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, scalable and secure cloud-native architectures.
- Must work during PST/PDT hours due to direct U.S. customer collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing technical roles within healthcare or regulated SaaS environments, familiar with compliance standards like HIPAA and HITRUST.
- Strong backend and frontend full-stack engineering skills with hands-on experience in cloud services and AI integration.
- Practiced in leading complex solution designs, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring engineering teams.
