About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex full-stack platform features using Angular, Python, or Spring Boot within an agile team.
- Own technical solution design including architecture decisions, data modeling, and integration strategy for platform components.
- Drive CI/CD improvements, mentor junior engineers, and establish engineering best practices across the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong skills in Angular (TypeScript) frontend and Python or Java/Spring Boot backend development.
- Experience designing and delivering production APIs and services at scale with strong database (SQL and NoSQL) and caching expertise.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Generative AI technologies including working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI application development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional technical discussions and decisions on architecture and platform reliability.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity by partnering with product and engineering stakeholders to define clear, scoped requirements.
