About This Role
- Own and develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend for data-heavy, workflow-driven platforms serving MSMEs and lenders.
- Build scalable APIs, integrate with internal/external systems, and debug production issues spanning UI, API, and database layers.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate complex workflows into functional features while improving platform performance, reliability, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of software development experience, with demonstrable full stack capabilities crossing frontend and backend boundaries.
- Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) and experience with frameworks like Django or Flask for backend development.
- Solid skills in one frontend framework: React, Angular, or Vue; plus fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases; familiarity with APIs, authentication, and version control systems like Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has experience working in startup or product company environments, preferably in fintech, compliance, or data platform domains.
- Comfortable owning feature development end-to-end, shifting between frontend and backend as needed, showing an engineering mindset of build-test-improve.
- Exposure to workflow-based or multi-stakeholder systems and building internal tools or admin dashboards to support complex processes.
