About This Role
- Own and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for high-performance FX trading platform systems, focusing on availability, performance, and scalability.
- Drive architectural enhancements, automation for system scaling, and support cloud migration projects to ensure robust, secure, and highly available trading systems.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, on-call rotations, and collaborate with development teams to improve reliability and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, Infrastructure as Code, observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting), and hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or Kubernetes.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 years in the industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating highly available distributed systems and familiar with DevOps concepts and automation (e.g., Bash, Python scripting).
- Strong understanding of Linux and cloud environments with demonstrated ability to drive cloud migration and architectural reviews.
- Experience or knowledge in financial trading systems (especially FX trading platforms) is a plus to succeed in this role.
