Experienced leader capable of driving technical operations during critical infrastructure incidents across multi-domain environments (Windows, Unix/Linux, Network, Database, Storage, Cloud).
Strong execution focus on incident lifecycle management including real-time coordination, escalation, stakeholder communication, and governance with executive reporting.
Technical proficiency in multiple infrastructure technologies plus hands-on automation skills (Ansible, Python, Shell, PowerShell) and familiarity with GenAI tools for enhancing incident response and operational efficiency.
