About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable software solutions within an agile team in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology.
- Create and maintain high-quality production code and algorithms, leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and use data analysis to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a large corporate environment.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in modern programming and database querying languages, capable of handling complex software delivery in corporate settings.
- Proficient in integrating and guiding responsible use of AI-assisted development tools, emphasizing data sensitivity and secure engineering workflows.
- Able to produce and evaluate software architecture and leverage data insights for continuous improvement of application resilience and security.
