About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and management of Privileged Access Management Services including credentials, session management, and zero standing privilege models.
- Manage Non-Human Identity Management (NHIM) initiatives focusing on discovery, ownership attestation, and risk reduction.
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Audit, Compliance) to support IAM audits and align security initiatives with business risks and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, software engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of combined IT and security experience with broad IAM exposure, including 5+ years designing and deploying enterprise IAM solutions.
- Experience managing Non-Human Identities in large, complex enterprises.
- Experience with IAM and PAM tools such as BeyondTrust Password Safe, Endpoint Privilege Management, SSH Key Management, MFA, SIEM, Azure Entra, Active Directory, and Linux.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven technical leadership in large, complex environments delivering IAM and PAM capabilities and services.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing security frameworks like ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, and PCI relevant to IAM.
- Experience working in a matrix organization collaborating across finance, legal, audit, and IT risk for IAM compliance and strategic security alignment.
