Familiar with observability and monitoring platforms such as ELK/Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and Azure Monitor.
Aligned with disciplined incident response and SRE operational standards, capable of collaborating cross-functionally for service reliability and continuous operational improvement.
