About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations, platform deployments, and strategic technical initiatives for an AI-powered healthcare platform.
- Act as the primary customer liaison for implementation planning, status reviews, governance, UAT, go-live, and post-launch activities with strong cross-functional coordination (Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Customer Success).
- Manage multiple technical projects concurrently, handling scope, risks, dependencies, and communicating status to customers, executives, and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, SaaS implementations, or enterprise software deployments.
- Mandatory PMP certification and proven customer-facing experience including engagement with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
- Must be available to work remotely during PST/PDT hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional technology projects involving APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data pipelines, SaaS, and AI-powered solutions in technical or healthcare domains.
- Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for project delivery.
- Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based customers and senior executives regularly, and capable of balancing multiple complex technical initiatives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
